Study On Risk Management Of Upgrading Project Of Housing Provident Fund Information System In X City

In recent years,the development of the provident fund system tends to be perfect,and the informationization development promotes the continuous improvement of the service level of the provident fund.In 2014,the Ministry of Housing,Urban and Rural Construction put forward the requirement of "double standards".In 2018,in order to establish a scientific,reasonable and standardized data and interface system of housing provident fund business,and further improve the level of information management of housing provident fund,X city housing provident fund started the upgrading project of information system.The project has the characteristics of complex functions,large investment,involving many departments,high technical requirements,relatively tight construction period,and relatively large project risk.Therefore,X City Housing Provident Fund Information System upgrade project risk management has become an important part of the project management.Based on the theory of project risk management,combined with the actual situation,this paper carries out the research on the risk management of the upgrading project of X City Housing Provident Fund Information System.Firstly,this paper identifies the risk of the upgrading project of X City Housing Provident Fund Information System.Then the qualitative analysis of risk is carried out from the aspects of demand,design,implementation,integration and testing,and development process.At the same time,the quantitative analysis of risk is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to the results of risk analysis,the paper puts forward the corresponding risk response measures in the aspects of demand,design,implementation,integration and testing,development process,etc.of the upgrading project of X City Housing Provident Fund Information System,and puts forward a risk management scheme that can be used for reference in the specific implementation of the project.
