With the urban traffic congestion,the increasingly serious environmental pollution and energy crisis,and the rapid development of the sharing economy,the shared new energy automobile industry with pure electric vehicles as the main model came into being.The large-scale popularization of new energy vehicles is conducive to reducing traffic pressure,reducing resource waste and environmental pollution.However,problems such as difficulty in finding a car and difficulty in parking due to unreasonable site selection have seriously hindered its development,and currently share new energy vehicles in China.The location theory system is still not perfect.With the rapid development of sharing new energy vehicles,it is imperative to study the layout method of its outlets.Therefore,this paper studies the location problem of urban shared new energy vehicle outlets.In order to solve the problem of location selection of shared new energy vehicles in cities,this paper firstly analyzes the factors affecting the location and allocation of shared new energy vehicles,and proposes a three-stage optimization decision model based on this.In the first stage,the research area is reasonably divided to arrive at the demand point.Then establish a shared new energy vehicle demand forecasting index system,use the AHM method to calculate the index weights,find the demand groups at each point,and then combine the demand ratio to predict the demand.In the second stage,considering the policy factors,the scope of the new energy vehicle is selected,and according to geographical factors and traffic factors,the candidate areas of the research area are screened.In the third stage,the site selection and facility capacity are determined.First,using the coordinates of the demand point and the candidate point,the point spacing is calculated using Arcgis 10.2 software.Based on the demand forecasting results and the point spacing data,a location model based on the P-median model is constructed,and the model is solved by CPLEX12.8.Then,after deriving the optimal location layout scheme,a combined distribution model is constructed,which is a combination of a demand-based single judgment model and a cost-based allocation model.After solving it,the vehicle allocation plan is obtained.In order to verify the validity of the model,this paper takes a case study of the location of shared new energy vehicles in Xuzhou City.The comparative analysis shows that the optimized layout scheme has advantages in spatial layout and consumer travel distance.
