Study On The Strategic Transformation Of The Wanyu Housing Enterprise In Xinqiao

The continuous development of China's economy and the continuous acceleration of the process of urbanization have led to the prosperity of the real estate industry.After nearly thirty years of development,real estate has become one of the pillar industries of the national economy.It not only has strong industry radiation ability,but also closely related to people's life.It has played an extremely important role in the economic construction.The prosperous real estate market has brought a good opportunity for the development of real estate enterprises.However,in the process of the development of real estate industry,there are also some problems,prices rising,the supply structure is irrational,the lack of standardized market behavior,these phenomena are highly valued by the community and the state sector of the economy,the state has adopted a series of macro-control measures,the real estate enterprises also face a more severe test.The new situation has promoted our real estate industry to enter a new historical development stage.Facing the current situation,real estate enterprises are seeking new markets and new opportunities,or fighting for commercial real estate or entering the two or three tier cities.Therefore,in the context of constant regulation,real estate development enterprises need to adjust and transform their development strategies in order to adapt to the new development situation.This study is based on the existing theoretical research,development and strategic transformation of the current situation of real estate enterprises in the aspects of in-depth analysis.Through summarizing the strategic transformation of domestic and foreign real estate enterprises,drawing on the theory of corporate life cycle and the theory of strategic transformation,this paper analyzes the necessity of strategic transformation of real estate enterprises due to the change of external environment.Over the past two years,the state has intensified efforts to regulate the real estate industry,and made significant adjustments in policies such as finance and land.These measures have great impact on real estate enterprises.The article selects the representative new bridge Wanyu house enterprise,analyzes the strategy of each enterprise,sums up the strategy of the transformation and development of the Xinqiao Wanyu housing enterprise.At the same time from Vanke,chengda two successful large-scale real estate business experience,the new bridge Wanyu housing prices to seek a healthy and continuous development of new strategic thinking and mode of growth of the reference,draw the conclusion that the national macro-control under the background of the real estate enterprises should be timely for the strategic adjustment,based on their own development.Select the appropriate integration advantages of resources,sustainable development strategy.
