Study On Safety Evaluation For Liaoning Color Potato Food Co.,LTD.

Small and medium-sized enterprises make significant contributions to the development of national economy,but the safety situation of production is not optimistic.Production safety is an eternal subject of enterprise,so the safety problem of small and medium-sized enterprises must be solved with effective rmeasures before it happens.Taking liaoning color potato food co.,LTD as an example,dangerous and hazardous factors in the safety production and management are identified and analyzed.Dangerous and harmful factors,their distribution and location are identified and analyzed.The entire enterprise current situation of safety production management are studied and evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The enterprise divided into four aspects including people,management,equipment and environment were analyzed with AHP for determining the indicators.The possibility and severity of accident were analyze and calculated with risk evaluation index matrix method.According to the evaluation results,the specific improvements were proposed.
