With the rapid development of science and technology,a large amount of data has appeared in many fields of all walks of life,and the amount of data may be described as "infinite".For example,in the field of observation and monitoring,data are constantly generated,and the concept of big data has gradually been paid attention to.As one of the core of the Internet,big data has been widely used in business life,such as medical,transportation,management and other fields.In the big data environment,human resource management of enterprises has been affected to a certain extent.Data digitalization and data innovation have become an important factor affecting social economy.Big data brings a lot of benefits for enterprise management,but at the same time,the arrival of big data also brings a lot of problems in the process of enterprise management.These problems hinder enterprises from making good use of big data in the process of management.If enterprises can not make good use of big data in this revolution,they will lag far behind and can not find a foothold in the trend of scientific and technological progress.For human resources management,especially for large private enterprises such as Nanshan Group,big data brings a golden opportunity.Through the efficient work processing mechanism brought by big data era and innovative thinking in the information environment,it provides great convenience for human resources management and promotes the improvement of management mode.This paper takes Nanshan Group as the research object,from the perspective of human resources management,explores various problems in the human resources management of Nanshan Group in the era of big data,and puts forward suggestions.In this paper,by sending questionnaires to employees as a basic way of investigation,and conducting field research,summarize and analyze the problems,and finally elaborate the causes of these problems,and then put forward suggestions to solve the problems.
