As a manufacturer of display screens for high-end smart phones and other mobile communication devices,the GIS is at the leading level in the industry.In the past two years,the demand for multi-brand,multi-series and rapid launch of new products in the whole mobile phone industry has intensified.As one of the three major parts of the product——display performance is particularly serious,curved screen,full screen,folding screen,full flexible screen technology one come after another,the realization of each product is a test of the GIS products supply chain rapid development and adaptability.In terms of display supply chain,as a core enterprise,GIS is absolutely capable of developing and supplying products in line with customers' demands.However,as its business process has not been adjusted according to the intensified demand for innovation,the original problems were gradually exposed and magnified,and the benefits declined.Therefore,taking the product project development process as the main line,this paper studies the optimization of the whole life cycle supply chain of GIS's products to improve the benefit of the supply chain.The main research methods used in this paper are flowchart method and comparative analysis method.The flowchart method is used to study the external structure of the business process of the GIS's supply chain and then the internal operation of the enterpriseOn the external structure,the unreasonable process design leads to the risk of material breakage in the special material supply structure and information transfer distortion.Internally,The unreasonable design of development process results in that the standard process of product project development cannot reflect the category of project development?Redundant communication links?Missing process control criteria of key nods;The unreasonable response mechanism that the remedy after the supply chain problem leads to frequent problems;Poor process control effectiveness.For these reasons,the business process of the supply chain is optimized by the combination of quick-effective and long-term effective strategies.Business process design and problem response mechanism are optimized with quickeffective optimization scheme:Expands the supply structure of special materials to reduce risks,Changes the mode of information transfer makes the information transfer efficient and without distortion,reshape the process,sets the performance standard of key nodes of the process,and changes the problem response mechanism from post-solution to pre-prevention to improve the product value conversion ability and timeliness of the supply chain.Long-term effectiveness optimization scheme is carried out around the effectiveness of process control: On the one hand,improve the organizational function of the supply chain and the ability of practitioners;On the other hand,through the establishment of the supervision system to purify the supply chain environment,improve the professional quality of practitioners.In the process of the implementation of the optimization plan,obstacles from the interest related parties were encountered,which were successfully solved through communication+ reward and punishment measures.Comparative analysis method was used to analyze and compare the operation indexes of the GIS's supply chain within one year before and after the implementation of optimization:Time efficiency increased by 4.27%;Economic performance increased by 15.73%;Satisfaction increased by 4.54%;Quality improved by 15.49%.Demonstrate the effectiveness of the optimization methods.The innovation of this paper: It studies the business process optimization of the whole life cycle supply chain of products rather than the traditional study of the mass production stage,which truly matches the innovation-driven product supply attributes of the GIS's supply chain and solves the practical application problems.The success of applied research provides reference for similar enterprises to solve similar problems,and provides basis for deepening the application theory of supply chain management.Deficiencies of the study:(1)Due to the business secrets involved,some specific research details of this paper is not detailed.(2)Complete,systematic,continuous supply chain business process optimization theory,to be further researched.
