Research On The Innovation Of Contract Management Model Of Engineering Project A Based On Process Optimization

With the accelerated pace of information construction of engineering enterprises,people have higher requirements on contact management.Therefore,the old contract management mode no longer adapts to the current development status of the project,and the contract management mode of the engineering project needs to be innovated urgently.This paper is written for innovation of the contract management mode of the project.In this context,a project,for example,the status of its contract management and analysis of existing problems,and then its contract management model of innovative design,designed to enhance the efficiency of its contract management to ensure the smooth project efficient implementation.The research of this paper mainly relies on contract management and process optimization theory.The research methods are literature research,case study and ESIA method.The main conclusions of this paper are listed as following: The existing problems during the contract management are including: First,the problems in the contract signing stage are the main part of the contract;the language in the contract has loopholes;the contract signed in violation of the corresponding laws and regulations.Second,there is no change in the contract,the visa should be confirmed that the visa is not for the visa application process,the contract is not the same as the contract,the contract is not in accordance with the provisions of the contract,to adjust the contract price or improve the project acceptance criteria;Third,the contractor of construction enterprises is weak,the lack of professional contract management personnel;Fourth,the contract claims work is difficult to achieve.The project contract management innovation design content mainly includes: First,introduces the BIM technology.Second,the management process innovation and optimization,respectively,pay attention to the contract before the signing of the review;signed to be used when the contract model text;contract implementation of the control of all aspects of the performance of the contract after the evaluation.Third,the project management mechanism optimization,namely the establishment of the Department of the Ministry of planning and management of specialized posts;to develop relevant systems;strengthen the construction project cost control process management;relying on professional cost management agencies to assist investment control and management.Fourth,give contract management innovation design evaluation based on ESIA analysis.The contract management of expressway project mainly includes: establishing highway engineering contract with fair and reasonable principle;paying attention to engineering change management;dealing with contract disputes;improving the professional quality of contract management personnel;enhancing the claim consciousness of contract,and do a good job of contract claims,strengthen the management work of contract risk.
