The Research On Rick Assessment For PPP Projects Oftransportation Infrastructure Design

As a new mode,PPP is still in its infancy in our country.The understanding of PPP is not uniform,and the systematic experience and lessons of PPP are lacking.There is a lack of research and analysis on the risk of transportation infrastructure project design process in PPP mode.In this context,the research on the risk evaluation of PPP project design process is of great significance to control the project risk from the source of the design risk.From the point of view of transportation infrastructure project under PPP mode,this paper introduces the concept,characteristics,implementation flow,superiority and risk management theory of PPP mode.Combining the work decomposition of PPP projects of transportation infrastructure,referring to the existing representative literature and expert experience,the paper identifies the risk of the design process of PPP projects of transportation infrastructure,respectively from the project company,the government,The contractor as well as the outside environment and so on refinement risk appraisal index;According to the principles of suitability,completeness and importance,the risk evaluation index system of traffic infrastructure PPP projects design process is constructed.AHP,grey evaluation model and so on,set up the risk evaluation model of traffic infrastructure PPP projects design process,using the constructed model,combined with the actual cases of the rapid transformation project of Furong Avenue in Jiangyin city to carry on the empirical analysis.Comprehensive evaluation of the design risk of PPP projects in the rapid transformation project of Furong Avenue in Jiangyin City;Finally,combined with the result of risk evaluation,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of the design risk of PPP projects of transportation infrastructure from three aspects of owner,contractor and objective environmental risk,respectively.It lays a foundation for the management and management of the risk in the design process of transportation infrastructure PPP projects.
