A Research On Purchasing Application Management Of S Science Technology Company

With high rapid of electronic technology development,more and more automobile spare parts start to use electronic control system and sensing application is one of the most important technology in this system,such as GPS navigation,automatic transmission,engine etc.S company,with more than 100 years history,is the global leader in the design and manufacturing of sensors and controllers.This paper first analyzes the procurement management problems of S technology company,focusing on the current situation and existing problems of supplier evaluation and selection and procurement cost reduction.Secondly,the supplier selection indicator evaluation system of S technology company was reconstructed and the case was analyzed.Then,this paper further proposes the corresponding countermeasures on how to improve the cost control of S technology company.Finally,this paper summarizes the implementation effect of S technology company’s procurement management scheme,and conducts the effect analysis.The supplier evaluation system of S technology company proposed in this paper has obvious effects.The measures of procurement cost control are systematic and comprehensive,providing a good reference and use value for other similar enterprises in the operation of procurement management.
