Along with the economic globalization, purchasing as an integral part ofenterprise operation is transferred from the general operation of the business to thecore business critical to enterprise operation. At the same time, purchasingmanagement is undergoing constant evolution, drastic changes, change intechnology and increasingly improved the professional standard. Under theenvironment of supply chain management modern purchasing management containsthe new ideas: taking Just In time, VMI and EDI technology as representative ofmodern procurement technology; new supplier relationship that supply baseintegrated and reduced and become strategic alliance from traditional businesscooperation.
