The development of rural agriculture has always been the top priority of the work of the party and the state. In 2017,the strategy of revitalizing the rural areas of the 19 th Party Congress raised the issue of ?agriculture, rural areas and farmers? to an unprecedented political height and strategic height.Land is the most important production factor in rural areas and the largest potential stock for farmers to increase their incomes and get rid of poverty. However, the current severely fragmented land in rural areas in China has become a fundamental constraint to improve resource utilization efficiency and develop modern agriculture.Breaking down the fragmentation of land and awakening the sleeping land assets, thus stimulating the endogenous development of the countryside,is undoubtedly the problem of the current rural land system reform and rural revitalization.Under this background, land integration with the re-optimization of land property rights as a means to promote spatial agglomeration of land and moderate scale operation has become a system choice that is expected. However, the current academic circles mainly focus on the analysis of land integration benefits and the introduction of land integration experience. There are few fresh case materials. The land integration model that has emerged in practice has not been refined, and the relevant research results are more of a discourse analysis. The depth of theory needs to be further explored. In view of this, based on the research on the academic achievements of previous land integration, this study summarizes the typical successful land integration cases in Qingyuan City through field research and refines them into a land integration model with promotion and reproducibility. And case study as the main research method, respectively introduce the collective action theory of new institutional economics and the occupant network theory of sociology, and carry out "anatomy sparrow" on the two modes of "interchange merger" and "land shareholding".The analysis of the model,at the same time from the aspects of ownership adjustment and ownership, business entity and interest distribution, summarize the characteristics and deficiencies of each model. The results show that:(1)Land integration has strong practical needs, but due to the complicated relationship of interests and the long-term locking of land property rights pattern, spontaneous land integration is stimulated by external forces such as lack of government pressure and social and economic environment changes. It is still difficult to happen;(2)The essence of land integration is the adjustment and improvement of the rural land property rights system, which can promote the successful transformation of land use, promote the optimization and adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure, and build a coordinated governance system, which is to stimulate the rural endogenous development force.(3)Land integration involves the allocation of interests and interests of various entities within the village. The autonomous organizations formed based on rural blood and kinship can effectively use the village informal system and social capital coordination parties.Conflicts of interest;(4)At present, there are mainly three major land integration modes: "interchange merger" mode,"land shareholding" model and mixed mode, and different subjective and objective factors such as different human resources allocation, resource endowment and rural elite preference in rural society.Decided to diversify the land The existence and rationality of the mode.
