In the competitive market environment, Independent innovation ability of enterprise determines whether it has the core competence. The essence of technological innovation in enterprises is re-integration of technical knowledge network. Advancing the inherent logic of technological innovation is not simply a linear history of technology, but technical factors and the social outcome of combined action of multiple factors. Under the promotion of Internet technology, the technological innovation of enterprises is increasingly dependent on the interaction with the external environment. The degree of heterogeneity and embedded boundary of social networks affect the ability of enterprises to build knowledge network. A social network perspective has brought rich content for the study of technological innovation, but at the same time, it ignores the influence of non-human actors on technological innovation. Actor-network theory focus on the role of non-human actors in the network, by using this perspective to observe the construction process of enterprise innovation model, explore how the boundaries of social networks influence enterprise building knowledge network, which has an important influence on the improvement of the enterprise’s innovation ability.In this paper, the author takes the enterprises in the mechanical market of Jindong city, Shanxi Province as research object, using actor-network theory describes two different models of enterprise innovation. The first model is the Single centralized model of administrative mobilization, this is common in the traditional economic mode of technology supply,which is more typical in State-owned enterprises of local market. Due to the over-embedding of herarchical social capital, enterprise lost core position in the network and formed a "reverse" innovation way ("goods come first, patents later"), which is not conducive to the re-construction of enterprise independent innovation network. The second model is technological innovation alliance mode promoted by the market demand and the spirit of inventors. This model is reasonable use of the heterogeneity of social network resources, the enterprise itself and the external resources to form the suitable for enterprise development benign interaction. Enterprise has always maintained the core status of the network, the heterogeneity of social capital broaden the channels of resources and knowledge acquisition, enabling enterprises to improve the ability of independent innovation.Research results show that, over-embedded social capital leads to the renewal inertia of the "knowledge network", which weakened enterprises’ ability to respond to market risks and update technical network. The Angle of view using actors network enterprise technology innovation,technological innovation is a systematic project that contains the economic benefit and social benefit. Independent innovation of enterprises not only needs the free market platform, but also needs the harmonious social environment.
