Yangon,in Myanmar,is located in the national "One Belt,One Road" and "Bengal-China-Myanmar economic corridor" along the key countries,is also Myanmar’s largest city.Although Myanmar’s economic development has stagnated over the past 80 years and 2012 years of gradual reform and opening up,the NLD government came to power in 2015 and gradually stepped up its efforts to attract foreign investment,and Yangon first began to reform as an economic center.With the introduction of the government’s new apartment law good policy,Yangon real estate gradually bottomed out,the future potential is huge.Yangon TKT Real Estate Project officially caters to this development opportunity came into being.The research object of this paper is Yangon TKT project covers an 84.71 mu,which is the largest real estate project in Yangon.This paper first based on real estate theory,and then through literature research and analysis of the external environment of Yangon market,as well as through the questionnaire survey method to study the real estate market demand.Secondly,through the real estate marketing concept to guide the TKT Project Marketing strategy part of the writing;Based on the above theory and method,this paper mainly solves the two problems of how to build the project and whether the investment risk is high or low.Through internal and external environment analysis,market demand research,marketing strategy selection,marketing strategy implementation plan,project operation and business model,financial analysis and risk analysis,the article finally concluded that TKT project is feasible.The project is expected to achieve pre-tax profit of about 647 million,IRR is 33.9%.
