Research On The Development Strategy Of Fujian's Small Trading Enterprises In Taiwan Under The Background Of "Three Direct Links"

At the end of 2008,the "three links" between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits were basically realized,which provided a favorable environment for economic and trade exchanges between the two sides.Under this background,Fujian's small-scale trade enterprises with Taiwan also achieved certain development,but also exposed certain problems in the development.In this context,on the basis of comprehensive related theories,this paper uses qualitative analysis method to study the development of small-scale trade enterprises in Fujian and Taiwan,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures.Through the research,we can see that: firstly,there are few theoretical studies on cross-strait economic and trade exchanges in academic circles at present,and the research on the development of small-scale trade enterprises in Fujian to Taiwan is rare.Secondly,the realization of the "three links" between the two sides has created favorable conditions for the development of small-scale trade enterprises between Fujian and Taiwan.Under this background,the number of small-scale trade enterprises against Taiwan is increasing,and the scale and trade scale of enterprises themselves are also expanding.Influenced by regional factors,the distribution of China's small-scale trade enterprises to Taiwan is obviously regional,mainly distributed in coastal cities,and the inter-provincial distribution is relatively concentrated,while the number of small-scale trade enterprises to Taiwan in inland provinces is relatively small.Third,the trade scale of Fujian's small trading enterprises on Taiwan has been increasing in absolute terms.At present,the main export products of small-scale trade enterprises in mainland Fujian to Taiwan are agricultural by-products,small handicraft products,small electrical appliances and low-end clothing products.Fourth,under the background of "three links",the overall competitiveness of Fujian's small trade enterprises to Taiwan is not strong enough.Fujian's mainland political environment for the development of small-scale trade enterprises with Taiwan is superior,while Taiwan's political environment is uncertain.In the course of the development of Fujian's small-scale trade enterprises with Taiwan,the hinterland has strong economic strength,and Taiwan itself has a certain economic scale.Therefore,there is a relatively good economic environment for cross-strait economic and trade cooperation.The marketing and management skills of Fujian's small trading enterprises are not high enough.From the mainland social environment,it is very supportive of the development of Fujian-Taiwan microtrade enterprises;from the Taiwan side,the overall social environment for the development of Fujian-Taiwan microtrade enterprises is appropriate,but there is still room for further optimization and development.Fifth,under the background of "three links",there are some problems in the development of Fujian's small-scale trade enterprises against Taiwan: fierce competition in the industry,serious self-dumping phenomenon;lack of professional talents in small-scale trade with Taiwan;low application level of network marketing means;serious financing problems in enterprise development;insufficient risk control ability in enterprise operation.And so on.The reasons for the above problems are as follows: the current political environment on both sides of the Straits is not good;lack of good talent management and training mechanism;lack of awareness of intra-industry cooperation and development;small-scale enterprises,little accumulation and weak credit guarantee ability lead to financing difficulties;incomplete matching of laws and regulations lead to disorderly competition in the market.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of Fujian's Taiwan-to-Taiwan small-scale trade enterprises,such as scientific management of import and export products,integration into the Internet,rational expansion of business areas,strengthening the management of small-scale trade personnel,improving supporting facilities,and optimizing the financing environment for the development of enterprises' Taiwan-to-Taiwan business.Finally,this paper takes A company as an example to conduct an empirical analysis.
