Study On The Delimitation Of Urban Development Boundary Based On "Production-Living-Ecological Spaces"

Under the background of rapid economic development,China's urban space continues to expand and land demand is increasing.Under the excessive emphasis on economic benefits,there is a lack of basic awareness of saving and intensive use of land,resulting in great waste of land resources.In order to solve the above problems,the method of demarcating urban development boundaries came into being.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has constructed a spatial planning system from the perspective of China's actual national conditions from different perspectives,and has provided a series of documents for the development of borders for cities that define ecology,production and living space,and provided a national policy basis.It has become an important issue that many disciplines urgently need to solve.At present,the research on the combination of the "Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” and the urban development boundary is weak,and it is necessary to combine the essential characteristics of the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” with the development boundary to conduct intrinsic contact and discussion.It is reasonable to determine the ecological basis.The evaluation of urban development suitability for production and living space is an important approach to modern governance.The paper takes Dongxiang District,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province as the research object.Based on the full study of the current situation and characteristics of the regional construction,the paper constructs an index system suitable for the evaluation of urban development suitability of the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” in Dongxiang District.The analysis of the evaluation level of “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” proposes a corresponding optimization development strategy.According to the technical route of "Research Background-Research Progress-Relationship Identification-Empirical Research-Conclusion”,the paper analyzes the introduction of “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” in Dongxiang District and the identification of the relationship between Production-Living-Ecological Spaces and Urban Development,the overview of the study area,and the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces”.The analysis of suitability evaluation results and urban development boundary layout optimization were carried out in four sections.The first section is the first chapter and the second chapter of the thesis.Through the relevant research at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the connotation of the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” and identify connection research with the urban development boundary,and analyzes the overall pattern of the urban development boundary of the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” in Dongxiang District.,sum up the problems that exist and delineate ideas.The second section is the third chapter of the thesis.It analyzes and summarizes the regional natural geography conditions,economic conditions,land use status and construction land management and control in Dongxiang District.The third section is the fourth chapter of the thesis.The data source and evaluation index of “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” in Dongxiang District are constructed by using various data processing methods.The analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method are used to assign weights to the indicators.Analysis of the results of urban development suitability evaluation of space.The fourth section is the fifth chapter of the thesis.The superposition result map of the suitability of the single space and the suitability of the background constraints of the ecology,production and life of the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” is combined to obtain a reasonable layout map of the development boundary of Dongxiang District.Through analysis,it is found that there is a certain difference between the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” boundary and the development boundary in Dongxiang District,and it is not a coincident relationship and presents an obvious inclusion relationship.The paper takes “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” as the starting point,and determines the urban development boundary by determining the construction land demand of Dongxiang District by exploring various factors such as regional relations,traffic conditions,industrial layout and land use conditions.The study is mainly aimed at the county level proposal,and further research on the urban development boundary demarcation of the “Production-Living-Ecological Spaces” at the provincial or national level can be carried out in the future.
