Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Dongxiang District,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province

The nineteen major reports put forward to focus on the task of tackling poverty in poverty-stricken areas,to ensure that by 2020,the poor rural population under the current standard of our country can achieve poverty alleviation,the poor counties all pick the cap,solve the regional overall poverty,achieve the true poverty,and really get out of poverty.However,poverty alleviation is still a deep-seated problem that has not been solved in China for many years.Although Dongxiang District strengthened the promotion of the industrial poverty alleviation policy in 2017,and combined with the dominant leading industries,the focus of industrial development in various poverty-stricken areas was clarified.According to the industrial development base and resource endowment conditions in different regions,the selection of the characteristic industries with high comprehensive benefits was developed.However,there are still some problems and deficiencies in the development of Dongxiang's poverty alleviation.In this paper,on October 9,2017 of dongxiang area current poverty alleviation poverty situation and industry situation investigation,the selected mainly dongxiang area hills product town dongyuan village,yao taking township Wen Xi village,and investigate the poor Ma Wei town southwest village.Investigated the dongxiang area in poverty alleviation and specific work of industry at present,to understand the dongxiang area,the present situation of rural poverty and the main factors of poverty,poverty alleviation and the dongxiang area industry main mode and performance evaluation are analyzed and studied.On this basis,further analysis the dongxiang area in poverty alleviation and the main problems existing in the industry,together with the present situation of dongxiang area poverty alleviation poverty and industry such as targeted put forward the strategies of the dongxiang area of poverty alleviation mechanism perfect.The results showed that:(1)by inputting of dongxiang area in 2017 persons tent card poor homes for 3097 households,involving a total of 7297 poor people,among them,has been out of poverty of the total number of households for 1385 households,involving a total of 3009 people,poor poverty rate of 1.22%.(2)the dongxiang area since the past years in poverty factors mainly include because of sickness poor,due to the residual poverty,poverty,lack of labor development underpowered poverty,poverty,lack of funds as a result of poverty,poverty because of poverty and lack of technology,etc.Among them,poverty is the most important factor of poverty due to illness,poverty and labor shortage,among which poverty is the most prominent.(3)the dongxiang area poverty alleviation mode mainly contains the characteristic agriculture industry,rural tourism industry and photovoltaic industry for poverty alleviation poverty relief,etc.,have been relatively effective poverty alleviation effect,especially in the photovoltaic industry for povertyalleviation,basically achieved complete coverage of photovoltaic of poverty alleviation.(4)The poverty alleviation of industry in Dongxiang area still exists the problem that the industrial poverty alleviation has not formed the scale advantage,the anti risk ability of the industrial poverty alleviation is weak,the industrial poverty alleviation is limited,and the degree of organization is low.This article has formulated the construction of the mode of improving the industrial poverty alleviation,strengthening the guarantee construction,consolidating the effectiveness of poverty alleviation and improving the working mechanism of the industrial poverty alleviation.Strong market oriented industrial poverty alleviation organizations and other policy recommendations.
