Research On XAYS Company's Financial Strategy

With the rapid development of China's economy,people's way of life has also changed.Food and beverage industry is gradually rising and becoming one of the important levers to promote economic development.In this economic environment,the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.For the catering industry of our country,modern catering enterprises with chain operation,scientific management and brand cultivation have gradually replaced the traditional catering enterprises with single-store workshops and artificial experience management.How to smoothly transform the traditional catering enterprises,so that the economic and social benefits of the enterprises can be improved and have greater value and sustainable development? Ability development is a common issue faced by all Chinese catering enterprises.Based on the above research background,this paper takes XAYS as the research object,takes financial strategy as the theoretical basis,uses financial strategy matrix as the analysis means,combines financial strategy theory with specific XAYS company,makes a deep analysis of the company's financial strategy,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions and concrete measures according to the analysis results.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly introduces the backdrop and meaning of this paper,and the research ideas and methods used.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper.It briefly introduces the relevant content of financial strategy and the basic theory of financial strategy matrix,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems of enterprises in different quadrants.The third part and the fourth part are the case part,which is the core of the whole paper.The third part introduces the XAYS business itself and the inner and outer circumstance of the business.Through the calculation of financial indicators,the financial situation of the enterprise is analyzed.The fourth part firstly constructs the financial strategy matrix model by collecting,counting,calculating and analyzing the financial data from 2013 to 2017.This paper finds out its financial strategy from three aspects: investment strategy,financing strategy and working capital.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions for the fourth part,which provides a reference for the financial strategy matrix theory in practice.The sixth part is the conclusion and shortcomings,hoping to provide some help for the same type or the same industry in the financial strategy formulation.
