Research On Mechanism Parts Supplier Selection Of P Company Under Demand Uncertainty

There are many uncertainty factors in the process of supply chain management.These uncertainties cause more or less trouble to the enterprise managers,and the uncertainty of the demand is likely to be one of the most prominent factor.Enterprises,in order to deal with the uncertainty of market demand,have to raise the level of enterprise's inventory stock,thereby increasing the enterprise's logistics cost and inventory cost.If enterprise does not to improve enterprise's inventory stock level,will can't meet the needs of customers,customers would consider transfer orders,enterprise will suffer a loss.Suppliers as the starting point of the supply chain,the quality of the selected suppliers as well as the management of core enterprise and supply chain management is very important.The core enterprise whether can succeed to orders and production will depend on the performance of the overall competitiveness of its suppliers.For example,the supplier's design capability and experience,equipment processing precision and scale,product quality control ability,the quality of abnormal feedback ability,ready for the preparation in advance,and so on.So,in this paper,we study the subject-demand uncertainty mechanism parts supplier selection problem under the condition of P company has very important theoretical significance,at the same time it has higher practical guiding significance for enterprise or supply chain management.The purpose of this paper is to study the flexibility and the selection of suppliers on mechanism parts under the condition of demand uncertainty of P company.First of all,we discussed the theory of the research,which introduces the definition of uncertainty and the status of study on index system of supplier selection.Next,it introduces the background and mechanism parts classification of P company,at the same time analyzes the P company existing source of uncertainty and performance,and then focuses on the P company's existing supplier selection criteria and evaluation system and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.Paper based on the disadvantages of P company supplier selection evaluation system is optimized to improve,by analyzing the five indexes and indexes of supplier quantitative processing,its are respectively the total purchasing cost,the quality of the product defective rate and the lead time,flexible,and reliability of supply,and then through the selection of the five indicators set up the supplier evaluation model,which also includes the total cost of the calculation model of the flexible suppliers and purchasing calculation model.In this paper,at the same time,application of subjective and objective combination entropy AHP method to set the weight of each index,evaluation system to improve on previous too subjective,but also represents the idea of professionals and decision makers view,evaluation of the enterprise has certain help choose the suitable suppliers.At the end of the paper puts forward using TOPSIS method to solve the model.The parameters of P company is the actual supplier,through calculation,expounds the concrete steps and calculation methods of supplier selection,the results to the P company supplier selection bring certain reference value and guiding role.
