| With the rapid development of Internet of things,Internet 2.0 and big data,lots of smart projects have been sprung up in cities especially in metropolises,and smart park project is one of these.Based on comprehensively perceptional and ubiquitous interconnections and applications of smart integration,a smart park aims to achieve intellectual operation and provide users with convenient and considerate services.Compared to a traditional system integration project,designers and builders will face much more difficulties to finish a large scale smart park project.In mainland China,the smart park project has been implemented a little bit later than other developed counties,while the former’s performance management is still in the stage of exploration.Some simple subjective evaluation methods are still being used in these projects which cannot meet the needs of wider skills and more complicated management structures with much more coordinate parties nowadays.The main research of this thesis is based on the Shanghai Disneyland Smart Park Project,which is now under construction to build an integration application platform with basic facilities,communication networks and big data in a core area with seven-square-kilometers.It is required to reach a normalized management ability to support large passenger flow and huge transportation.The project has been facing many challenges including facilities redundancy and backup for disaster recovery,data gathering from different platforms,data analysis models and short-time project with high quality demands.To solving these difficulties,this thesis has summarized the current situation and shortage of performance management and analyzed major affecting factors of project performance,for example lack of system of performance management,too single indicators for performance check and lack of objective evaluation process.With the theory on performance management system,this thesis selects the technical route of performance management process from mature enterprises as reference,and which is divided as five steps: performance plan,performance counseling,performance evaluation,project performance summary and project performance improvement.The above five steps are formed the project performance management closed-loop to keep the improvement of the project quality.Next,the thesis uses the Golden Triangle Model(schedule,cost and quality)of project management to build performance indicators,and introduces Schedule Performance Index(SPI),Cost Performance Index(CPI),and Quality Performance Index(QPI)to evaluate three levels of the project(the project,the functional groups,and functional group staff).By reviewing the performance,a suitable performance control model for smart park projects has been given in this thesis.Some problems and improving suggestions in the implementation process have been put forward in the end of the thesis,which could be a reference to related smart projects in future. |
