Study On Policy Demand And Influencing Factors Of Grain-growing Family Farms In Chongzhou City

At the 19 th National Congress,the rural revitalization was first proposed.It is required to speed up the establishment of a modern agricultural management system,promote the cultivation of new agricultural management entities,and do everything possible to promote agricultural efficiency,increase farmers' income,and increase rural greening.As an important national grain and oil production base,Chongzhou City,through the perspective of farmers,studies the policy needs of food-growing family farms to help better understand the current status of the policy and the needs of farm development.Through the field visits and surveys of 17 townships in Chongzhou City,this paper obtained 117 valid samples.After prioritization,we can know that financial subsidy support demand,infrastructure support demand,technical support demand,and financial credit support demand are the most demanding family farms.The top four.At the same time,after subdividing the major policies,we found that agricultural support protection subsidies,water conservancy facilities,road facilities,new varieties of technology,loan interest rates,food crop insurance,and insurance compensation mechanisms,land transfer prices,on-site acquisitions,and policy information support are families.The farm is currently the most demanding.At present,the grain-growing family farms in Chongzhou City have large investment scales,certain difficulties in financing;higher land transfer costs;high agricultural insurance coverage,but the quality needs to be improved;agricultural products are sold at lower prices,and the added value of products is not high;Enjoy the low coverage of water and electricity,and the high cost of farm workers.Through the binary logistic model,the influencing factors of the policy demand for grain-growing family farms in Chongzhou City were analyzed.The results of the study indicate: the age of the farmer,the level of education,whether he has received agricultural training,family income,farm cultivation,farm area,investment scale,financing methods to meet production needs,whether agricultural technology extension services can meet demand,local infrastructure conditions Whether the brand with its own agricultural products or the evaluation of policy support will have an impact on the policy needs of the food-growing family farms in Chongzhou City,and will have different degrees of impact on various policy needs.In order to better promote the development of food-growing family farms in Chongzhou City,the following policy recommendations are proposed: Increase financial support to meet the needs of farm development funds;increase financial credit support,crack the difficulties of farm financing;increase agricultural technical support to meet farm technology needs;increase agricultural insurance support;increase support for infrastructure.
