A Study On The Priorities Of Fao's Agricultural Policy Needs And Its Influencing Factors

Agriculture is the source of human's food and clothing.Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development,farmers are the foundation of the country's prosperity,and the countryside is the core of social stability.It is a fundamental task for China's agricultural development to improve the national grain production capacity and to improve the national food security system.Although the No.1 governmental file in 2004 promulgated that China implemented the sustained growth in food production,farmers' income growth also gradually increased.With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the rural population,land and other elements under the rapid non-agricultural process,the delelopment of agricultural production,the aging problems of management main bodies,food security problems appeared as a huge challenge to our country.How to farming in the next 10 years,20 years or a long period of time has caused the wide attention of the society.This paper analyzed the research area based on the field survey data of 1200 farmers in 10 grain counties in jiangxi province.The various sud-item policies of agricultural policy were ordered according to the farmers' demand willingness intensity,the frequency of the overall demand of each sub-item policy of agricultural policy was listed,and then the differences in the demand for agricultural policy under different characteristics were statistically analyzed.Secondly,this paper used the clustering analysis method and the total sorting method to analyze the agricultural policy needs of agricultural policies,and the demand level and priority sequence of agricultural policies were obtained.The agricultural policies were obviously grouped into four categories,the first category was "price and cost control";The second category was "financial services";The third category was "fiscal expenditure policy";The fourth category was "agricultural technical service".Finally,according to the research results,the politial recommendations for improving agricultural policy were put forward.
