Study On Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Social Service Demand Of Planting Family Farm In Chongzhou City

The rapid development of agriculture not only needs to promote the process of agricultural modernization steadily,but also needs a sound agricultural socialization service system to guarantee.With the scale,intensification and industrialization of agricultural production,family farms are inseparable from the support of agricultural socialization services in optimizing agricultural management models and development methods.Aiming at the problems of low level of agricultural socialization service and unreasonable service structure in Chongzhou City,this paper takes 143 family farms in Chongzhou as the research object,and uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to combine binary.The logistic regression model provides an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the demand for agricultural social services in family farms.The research shows that:(1)The demand for agricultural social services cannot be effectively met.Service satisfaction reversely significantly affects the demand for agricultural technology services,agricultural credit services,and farmland infrastructure services,indicating that the lower the satisfaction of planting family farms with existing agricultural technologies,agricultural credit,and farmland infrastructure services,the stronger the demand.Although these services play an important role in the development of family farms,the current level of service is low and cannot effectively meet their needs.(2)The main influencing factors of agricultural social service demand.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of agricultural socialization service demand for planting family farms,it is found that among the influencing factors of individual characteristics of farmers,gender significantly positively affects agricultural machinery operation services and farmland infrastructure services;age for acquisition and sales,farmland infrastructure,and agricultural information services.Demand has a significant positive impact,but adversely affects agricultural credit and insurance service demand;education level is positively affecting the demand for agricultural machinery operation services;whether agricultural training has significantly positively affected agricultural product supply,farmland infrastructure,agricultural information,Demand for insurance and technical services.Among the influencing factors of family characteristics,the number of family labors has a positive impact on the demand for farmland infrastructure services;the proportion of family farm income to total household income will have a positive impact on agricultural technology and agricultural machinery operation services,indicating that the proportion of income increases.The demand for technology and agricultural machinery services is stronger.Among the influencing factors of business characteristics,the business life has a significant positive impact on the demand for agricultural machinery operation services,indicating that as the operating years increase,the demand for agricultural machinery operation services also increases.The planting area will have a positive impact on the demand for agricultural materials supply and packaging processing services,while adversely affecting farmland infrastructure and agricultural information services.Land transfer prices have a positive impact on demand for acquisitions,farmland infrastructure,agricultural information,and credit services.The land transfer years have a positive impact on the demand for agricultural machinery operations and agricultural credit services,indicating that the longer the circulation time,the greater the willingness to demand for these two services.Service satisfaction has a positive impact on the demand for agricultural materials supply,agricultural machinery operations,packaging processing,acquisition and sales,agricultural information,and insurance services.Explain that the more satisfied the family farm is with the above several services,the stronger the willingness to demand.However,its reverse impact significantly affects the demand for agricultural technology,farmland infrastructure,and agricultural credit services,indicating that the more dissatisfied the family farms are for these services.
