Rural Land is an Important Carrier for Studying the Problems of Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer,it is of great significance in exploring the path of more rational and efficient use of land resources.Practice has proved that one of the most reasonable paths at present is to develop moderate scale operations through rural land circulation.through the transfer of land, the transfer of rural surplus labor can be realized, the urbanization process can be promoted, and the rural population can be promoted and participated.Share the fruits of urbanization and industrialization.Developing a moderate scale of agricultural management can gradually improve the backwardness and limitations of traditional small-scale agricultural production and the level of agricultural modernization in China.Farmers' opinions and wishes on land transfer directly affect the degree of farmers' support for agricultural production activities and the efficiency of land transfer. Therefore,it is of great significance to understand farmers' views and willingness on land transfer, find out the relevant factors that restrict land transfer, and analyze them in order to promote land transfer.Through in-depth investigation of farmers in Enyang District of Bazhong City,a large number of first-hand data were collected, and the willingness of farmers to transfer land and its influencing factors were systematically studied. In this paper, the survey method, data statistical analysis and other research methods are used to analyze and draw relevant conclusions, and finally proposes corresponding policy recommendations. The structure of this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the background, purpose and significance of this study, clarifies the content and methods of this study, collates the relevant literature and comments, and points out the possible innovation and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of land transfer, including the theory of moderate scale management of agriculture and the theory of land property rights. The third chapter introduces the survey situation, including the basic situation of the survey area, the design of the questionnaire and the specific implementation process. The fourth chapter mainly analyses the data feedback from the questionnaire, including the basic information statistics of farmers, the actual situation of land transfer in the survey area, farmers' wishes and expectations of land transfer. The fifth chapter analyses the factors that affect farmers' willingness to transfer land from three aspects: farmers' individual characteristics, farmers' family economic characteristics and external factors.Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper and the relevant policy recommendations to promote land transfer in Enyang District.Through the analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: First, the farmers in the survey area have a strong willingness to transfer land.Secondly, the willingness of female farmers to transfer is relatively strong.Third, the willingness to transfer of older farmers with poor health is relatively weak.Fourthly, the willingness of rural families with high educational background to transfer is relatively weak.Fifth, farmers with wages are more willing to transfer land than those without wages, while farmers with agricultural income are more willing to transfer land than those without agricultural income.Sixth, location difference is an important factor affecting land transfer, involving land transfer rate, price, duration, contract mode and many other aspects.Seventh, farmers basically want to sign normative contracts, hoping to get bargaining space through a shorter contract period.Eighth, the market-oriented degree of regional rents with high circulation rate is higher, and farmers' expectations of rents are more reasonable.Ninth, rural collectives play a very important role in the process of land transfer,to a certain extent,to promote farmers' willingness to land transfer.Based on the research experience and analysis conclusions, the following policy recommendations are proposed: to strengthen policy support for land transfer in remote areas;Fully respect the wishes of farmers, clarify government functions;further improve the rural social security system;and improve the guarantee mechanism for land transfer.
