| Transfer of agriculturalland is the premise to realize the scale and intensive management of agriculturalland. It is an effective way to solve the problem that the use of agriculturalland in our country currently, and it play an important role in the optimized allocation of land resource, utilization efficiency, increasing farmers' income and developing of rural economic. As the main participant of fagriculturalland transfer, farmers'willingness and behavior can effect the situation of agriculturalland transfer in the whole district. So, researching the influence factors of farmers′willingness to transfer agriculturalland is meaningful for promoting agriculturalland transfer.Based on the 200 questionnaires, this paper researched the influence factors of farmers' willingness about agriculturalland transfer-in and transfer-out by using Logistic model. According to results of the research, the main influence factors of transfer-in agriculturalland willingness are that the proportion of non-agricultural income, circulation rent, the age of the householder, the career of household and the number of family's workforce. Differently, the main influence factors of transfer-out agriculturalland willingness are that the proportion of non-agricultural income, education degree of householder, the career of household, average revenue per-acre and agricultural acreage of peasant household. on the basis of research results, there are several policy proposal on how to improve farmers intention to transfer agriculturalland and promote the circulation of agriculturalland. First, employment opportunities should be created for farmers. Second, the rural social security system should be completed. Furthermore, government should draft standardized administration for agriculturalland transfer and increase government support strength. Simultaneously, encouraging farmers to operate their agriculturalland in scale with the respect of farmers' willingness. |
