Recently,the online car-hailing platforms is seizing the urban passenger transport market rapidly and with the various service strategies,and aggravating the competition with traditional taxis.This paper will study how the online car-hailing service and the traditional taxi take effective service strategies in the competition to improve their passenger traffic volume and promote their own development.Firstly,this paper compares some characteristics of online car-hailing and traditional taxi including operation mode and service quality,analyses the psychological considerations of passengers in making choices and the spatial-temporal characteristics of online car-hailing passengers by using the order data of DIDI platform in Beijing.Based on the analysis of choice behavior and the comparative analysis of spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of the online car-hailing and taxi,we can obtain the travel demand of taxi passengers.Secondly,this paper details some existing service strategies in the taxi market,including discount,recharge and cash-back,travel subsidy,reducing the fees' percentage of platform,reducing the service fees of taxi drivers and so on,sorts out the implementation objectives and key variables of different service strategies,draw up the interest relationship map between various stakeholders in the taxi market.With the idea of scenario analysis,we construct the scenario strategy set of taxi market,which provides the support for simulation research.Then,this paper builds a taxi market simulation model on Anylogic software by using multi-agents simulation technology.From a new perspective,we simulate the travel selection behaviors of passengers under different service strategies,and depict the changes of passenger traffic volume,driver's income and enterprise's benefit.Then,aiming at the maximum passenger traffic volume and the maximum benefit of car-hailing platform,we use the simulation model to optimize to find out the best combination of service strategies,which can provide reference for enterprise operation.Finally,taking Harbin taxi market as an example,we carry out a simulation experiment to provide a specific application scenario for the optimal combination of service strategies,and from the perspective of service strategies,we put forward some suggestions for the development of the online car-hailing service,traditional taxi and government management departments.The simulation experiment can simulate the passenger selection behavior and the market impact.The simulation experiment of different service strategies can provide some new ideas and reform basis for enterprise operation.
