The study combines the multi-agent system with the analysis of the real estate market to provide an overall understanding of the real estate market system,harmonize the stakeholders in the real estate market,explore the law of the development of the real estate market,develop the real estate market,formulate national policies,Perfecting the market system and making decisions on the value of enterprise projects have important theoretical and practical values.First of all,The relevant theory of multi-agent systems is systematically analyzed.through the summarization of domestic and foreign literatures,the related theories of multi-agent systems are analyzed,and the research contents and research ideas are clarified,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the thesis research.The concept and characteristics of multi-agent are summarized.Second,according to the basic characteristics of the relationship between supply and demand in the real estate market,the real estate market demand theory and the real estate market supply theory are described,and the overall research direction of the paper is further clarified.Second,a real estate market demand simulation model was established.The study considers the unbalanced development status of China's real estate market,and analyzes and empirically analyzes the model's data through the real estate project in the East Lake section of the Hunnan section of Shenyang City.The research realized a theoretical system that combines the simulation system of the artificial body with the demand analysis of the real estate market,and improved and enhanced the real estate market demand.The results of the study show that:First,the time of delivery is negatively related to the market's potential demand and supply consumption.When the delivery period is extended,the peak value of the change in the number of potential buyers is reduced.Second,project quality is positively correlated with market potential demand and supply consumption,but when the quality of newly-built real estate projects is not improved,the number of potential buyers will not increase.Again,a real estate market service simulation model was established.The study considers the development status of real estate management services in China and combines the advanced research of the industry.Taking the five districts in Shenyang as an example,this model was modeled and simulated based on a multi-agent simulation system to promote property management..The research realized the combination of multi-agent simulation system and real estate service market analysis,and improved and enhanced the theoretical research of service management.The results show that property management fees are important reference data for selecting property management services.However,in the face of service quality,the level of property management fees is not the only factor that determines the choice;otherwise,the greater the promotion of property management services,the more they can promote real estate projects.The choice of it,and then increase corporate profits.Finally,the conclusion of the study is that the multi-agent simulation system has achieved two conclusions in the real estate market demand and real estate market services.First,multi-intelligent simulation analysis can analyze the dynamic characteristics of correlation between influencing factors,which is of great significance in promoting the development of the real estate market.The second is quantitatively demonstrating the changing laws of the real estate market.Through the spontaneous evolution of the multi-agent simulation system,we observe changes in market entities in the coming years,and provide support for improving the real estate market-related systems.It is also real estate.Market system reforms provide the conditions.
