Research On International Business Risk And Prevention Of Mongolian Cashmere Products Manufacturing Enterprise

As Mongolian comparative advantage in the production of cashmere products has gradually expanded,Mongolian production of cashmere products is also increasing.Furthermore,with the saturation of the domestic cashmere product consumption market in Mongolia,more and more Mongolian cashmere products manufacturers began to explore international operations.However,in the process of international operation,Mongolian cashmere manufacturers always encounter a variety of risks.Therefore,this paper takes the research on the internationalization risk and prevention of Mongolian cashmere products manufacturing enterprises,and uses the literature review method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study the internationalization status of Mongolian cashmere products manufacturers,risk identification,risk assessment,risk prevention have been studied in-depth.First of all,on the basis of combing the status quo of the international operation of Mongolian cashmere products manufacturing enterprises,the principles,methods and contents of the identification of international business risks are further determined.And the paper finds the relative international selling risks of Mongolian cashmere products manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,from the empirical point of view,the international management risk of Mongolian cashmere products manufacturers is further evaluated,and the main risks are pointed out.At last,for the systematic research of evidence and theory,the countermeasures against the internationalization risk of Mongolian cashmere products manufacturing enterprises are proposed from the inside and outside of the enterprise.The proposal of these countermeasures can provide important reference and reference for relevant enterprises to prevent international business risks,thus reflecting the practical significance of this paper.
