Research On The Manangement Of Exhibition Education Talents In Science And Technology Museum Of China

Influenced by the administration of public institutions,as a public welfare institution,exhibition education department of Science and technology museum is lack of motivation,competition,restraint,training and the rules and regulations that are mainly for talent management in Science and technology museums,which is responsible for the problems about the management extensive,low efficiency and low utilization of human resources and other resources.The main reasons for the problems in the post management of exhibition education departments in Chinese science and technology museum is analyzed.Learned from the good experience of the department of exhibition education and of management and talent training in science and technology museum in European and American countries,the paper discusses how to strengthen the post management of exhibition department in domestic science and technology museum,and to strengthe the training talents.As shown by the case study of Jiangsu Science and Technology Museum and Dongguan Guangdong Science and Technology Museum,it mainly analyzes the importance of emphasizing the establishment of multi-channel development mechanism for exhibition education(teaching)staff,and of emphasizing a variety of new channels of training and learning system.Meanwhile,the article makes a discussion on some principle and concrete methods for perfecting the title evaluation system of science and technology museum,and for increasing the preparation of frontline staff and establishing the professional title system of science and technology Museum step by step,which makes the exhibition management and talent team construction meet the needs of the development of science and technology museums in China.
