Research On Evaluation System Of Family Farms' Financial Performance

For the smooth realization of the "13th Five-Year" period of development goals,the active use of professional cooperation,cooperative shares,land transfer,land purchase,land trust and other forms of moderate scale management of agriculture development.From the situation of our country,the family business in a fairly long period will occupy basic position,to accelerate the development of business services,improve public services,and improve the agricultural social service system,the effective way which is also the development of scale management.Based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and data envelopment analysis(DEA),the financial performance evaluation system of family farm is constructed.Using MCE and MAXDEA,two software operating systems were used to calculate the financial performance of 5 family farm listed companies.The results show that,overall,the family farm stocks of listed company's financial performance is not high,with significant differences between cooperatives and cooperatives,duck and pig farming cooperatives and chicken cooperatives financial performance.The MAXDEA software shows that the family farm stocks of listed companies financial input index redundancy ratio is high,the investment utilization rate is low,the family farm stocks of listed companies on the whole show financial performance is not high status.Family farm should combine the characteristics of its own industrial development,adjust the proportion of input and output of various factors of production,and expand the financial performance of family farm.The financial performance evaluation system based on MCE and the financial performance evaluation system based on MAXDEA adapt to the financial performance evaluation of the listed companies of family farm stocks,and the financial performance evaluation results are stable and reliable.The two different financial performance evaluation systems constructed in this paper are also suitable for the financial performance evaluation of Listed Companies in different industries.Of course,we need to further improve the financial performance evaluation system based on two different evaluation methods,so that the comprehensive evaluation results will be more robust and worthy of promotion.
