Supplier Evaluation Index System Based On Supply Chain

The method of supplier synthetically evaluation and selection has been a key factor to decide whether the supply chain would be successful or not, especially when Supply Chain (SC) has been developed into a multiple tasks and relationship network. To strengthen the competition of enterprises, comprehending the advanced theories and methods, building and upgrading scientific system of supplier comprehensive evaluation and selection, this article presents the correlative concept and model of SC theory, and analyses the function and significance of supplier evaluation. Then constructing the index system of supplier evaluation according to the detailed evaluating requests and standards of suppliers, while giving out some methods to quantify those evaluation indexes.The thesis also amends the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) in the structure of measure matrix, the choice of graduations and the illegible dispose of index dimensionless. It uses the amended FAHP to evaluate and select suppliers comprehensively, elaborating the concrete process and factual application. Finally, with deeply analyzing and studying the instance of M power supply enterprise, proving the beneficence and feasibility of the model of supplier synthetically evaluation and selection.
