The Research On Shandong Province Structural Reform Of Agricultural Supply Side Of Banking Industry Support

In recent years,with the support of the policy of strengthening and benefiting agriculture for many years in our country,the grain production of our country has increased continuously for many years,and the farmers' income has been increasing continuously for many years,which has provided strong support for China's economic and social development.However,in this process,the contradiction of mismatch between supply and demand of agricultural products,the contradiction between domestic and foreign prices of agricultural products,the increase of rural farmers' production and no increase in income,the contradiction between the overdraft of agricultural production resources and environment and the requirements of green ecology,the contradiction between the agricultural support subsidy policy and the development,these problems have seriously restricted the solution of the “three rural issues” in China.In 2017,the Central Committee document No.1 made a comprehensive and systematic arrangement of the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture.In the process of advancing agricultural supply-side structural reform,financial support is indispensable.In the process of promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform,we must attach great importance to as the main part of China financial industry—the banking industry vigorously develops the agricultural supply-side structural reform.On the basis of literature review,this paper firstly analyzes the background and content of agricultural supply-side structural reform,and then analyzes the demand of Shandong banking industry to support agricultural supply-side structural reform.From the perspective of agricultural supply-side structural reform,this paper analyzes the financial demand of the agricultural development of Shandong Province to the banking industry,and analyzes the restrictive factors of the agricultural development of Shandong Province on the banking financial demand under the structural reform of the agricultural supply-side.Again,this paper analyzes the supply of Shandong banking supporting agricultural supply-side structural reform,mainly analyzes the agricultural-related situation of Shandong banking institutions and the supply of agricultural-related financial products of Shandong banking industry,the typical mode of banking supporting agricultural supply-side structural reform in ShandongProvince and the supply problem in banking supporting agricultural supply-side structural reform.Finally,it puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the banking industry to support the agricultural supply-side structural reform: to take the strategy of rural revitalization as the leader,to help build the external system under the framework agreement,to adhere to the market orientation,to rationally connect with the rural financial-needs;we will optimize the financial supply and enhance the support capacity of the financial institutions of the banking industry,carryout special projects for financial support to agriculture,and promote the efficient alignment of supply and demand,and improve the monitoring and evaluation system of banking support for the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.
