As an important tool to improve the performance of enterprises and employees,performance assessment plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.Effective performance assessment system can improve staff performance and provide basis for enterprise human resource management decisions,such as employees' job adjustment,grade promotion,salary adjustment,reward and punishment and training.Employees work in a fair and competitive atmosphere,so as to improve production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As a management activity related to the vital interests of the employees,performance assessment has its complexity and sensitivity.Therefore,how to scientifically formulate the performance appraisal system for employees and effectively apply and motivate employees to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise eventually becomes the core issue of the development of the enterprise.This article starts from the overview of the basic theory of performance assessment,and takes the domestic and foreign literature as a reference to study the performance appraisal of the enterprise.On the basis of this,it combines the diagnosis and analysis of the current situation of the general enterprise performance evaluation,and combines the objective management,the key performance index method,the balanced scorecard method and so on.The strategic goal of the enterprise is to transform the enterprise strategic target by layer by layer into a variety of specific and balanced performance evaluation index system,and to examine the actual situation of these indicators in different periods,and put forward a set of enterprise staff performance evaluation system model to establish a reliable executive basis for the completion of the enterprise strategic objectives.The foundation.In the example,through the decomposition of A company's annual operating target,the goal system of enterprise,department and individual is effectively combined to form a coordinated and unified target system.The key performance index method and the balancedscorecard method are introduced in the assessment system and index selection and formulation,and the target is strengthened.In the process of monitoring and tracking management of the target implementation,a set of more perfect performance evaluation system has been made for A company to promote the optimization of the enterprise structure,improve the quality of the staff,and improve the overall performance of the company and the realization of the strategic objectives.The goal management oriented performance appraisal system effectively alleviates the company's too much attention to organizational performance,and its employees are hardly concerned.In order to achieve the goal of enterprise organization better,this paper integrates the performance assessment methods such as target management,balanced scorecard and key index method and A company,and combines enterprise objectives with personal goals of employees to build a new work standard system.This system is not often close to the actual situation of the enterprise,and is easy to do.Operation is a new way of performance appraisal combined with objective management.
