Complex Product System Innovation can not only make a country take a proactive initiative in today's international competition dominated by technology and knowledge, but also point out a strategic path for the structural adjustment of the national economy and the overall development direction. However, there are many problems in the innovation activities of complex product systems. For example, the failure rate of technological innovation is high, and the moral hazard, coordination difficulties, and unfair distribution of interests of the participating entities lead to the stability and sustainability of the system R&D cooperation process. The solution of the problem of interest distribution among the participants involved in complex product system innovation is the key to the success of complex product system innovation. The fair, scientific and reasonable interest distribution plan is of great significance to stimulate the participants to exert their own advantages, improve the efficiency and quality of innovation, and achieve the benign operation of the innovation system and maximize the overall benefits. On the basis of combing the research status of the interest distribution of complex product systems innovation at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively applies social network theory, transaction cost theory and game theory.Firstly,by analyzing the evolution process of innovation cooperation model,it is found that innovation network is the main model of the complex product systems innovation at present. It has the characteristics of mutual symbiosis, openness, integration, user participation and co-evolution.At the same time,it analyzes the network structure and participants of the complex product system innovation, and finds that the participation of each entity in the complex product system innovation network will bring about an increase in benefits.Secondly, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of benefit distribution of innovators in complex product systems, and finds that there are problems such as unreasonable interest distribution plan, complicated process and practical operation. Then, the Shapley value method based on contribution is selected as the prototype of the benefit allocation model in this paper, and the factors of interest distribution determined is introduced into the prototype of the benefit distribution model by the expert survey method: resource input, risk bearing and technological innovation ability. The model is improved comprehensively, and the benefit allocation model suitable for innovators of complex product system is obtained. Finally,a case is used to validate the benefit distribution model. The results show that participating in innovation network is the basic guarantee for enterprises to succeed in future competition, and the healthy development of innovation network also needs a good innovation environment. The revised profit distribution model can better reflect the dominant ability of innovation network leading enterprises and their control over the remaining cooperation, and also encourage participants to improve their own capabilities, maintain the smooth operation of the innovation network and obtain more benefits. Therefore, when the participants of the complex product system innovation is to distribute benefits,it is necessary to consider various influencing factors comprehensively and adopt a reasonable allocation plan.
