Research On Taxation Service Current Situation And Suggestions

Taxation service is an indispensable aspect in tax collection management.Meanwhile,for the tax authorities and taxpayers,a harmonious and friendly relationship has significant impact on tax collection management.Therefore,it is critical to improving tax service working in the future.Globally,there are still some problems and shortcomings regarding tax service existing in China.This paper will select the status quo of taxation service of Tonglu County Local Taxation Bureau as the research object.Then this essay mainly use New Public Management,Tax Compliance,the Social Contract and other theories to deeply analyze its current situation.Meanwhile,the author establishes multiple liner regression function through SPSS software,finding the problems of inadequate propaganda,inconvenient tax-paying and the not perfect assessment mechanisms in current tax service work.Based on the measures and solutions of other countries in the world,this research develops feasible suggestions meeting the needs of Tonglu Local Taxation Bureau,such as improving service consciousness,strengthening education,and establishing improved assessment mechanism.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the research meaning,research ideas and research methodology.Then,the author elaborates tax service connotation,characteristics,fundamental theories and further establish taxpayer satisfaction model.The third chapter explains the Tonglu County Local Taxation Bureau current situation and existing problems through using statistics theory and building multiple liner regression equations.Furthermore,the next part introduces advanced experience of other countries.Finally,the author develops improved tax service suggestions.
