As the world's largest trading country,border trade occupies an important position in China.Guangxi belongs to China's border provinces and cities,and its trade type is mainly border trade.Pingxiang Kafeng Border Trade Logistics Center is the largest ASEAN fruit import and export port in China and an important border trade center in Guangxi.Its characteristics are different from those of ordinary logistics centers at home and abroad.Because there are few studies on the border trade logistics center in China,the theoretical basis is relatively weak,and the practical construction experience is insufficient,based on this,this paper takes the Pingxiang Kafeng border trade logistics center project as the research object,using field research,literature research and other methods to study its layout planning,the specific contents are as follows:(1)analysis of the functional layout of the border trade logistics center.This paper analyses the location background of the development of the border trade logistics center in Kafeng,and the present situation of its functional planning and layout.It focuses on the analysis of the current situation from five aspects: customs clearance line,logistics operation,personnel flow of the border trade logistics center,management of the border trade logistics center,and environment.The design of the case is well prepared.(2)optimize the layout of the functional area of the border trade logistics center.The process and layout principle of functional zoning are clarified,and the SLP method(system layout design method)is used to study its functional layout planning.Five basic elements are analyzed one by one,and the logistics and non-logistics relations of the Kafeng Frontier Trade Center are sorted out.Then the comprehensive interrelationship values of each functional zoning group are deduced,and the overall relationship degree and degree are considered as a whole.Requirements for clearance flow line,clear function zoning location correlation map.At the same time,combined with qualitative and quantitative calculation methods,the area values of each functional zone are obtained.On this basis,the optimal layout of the functional zone of Kafeng Border Trade Center is finally obtained.(3)evaluation of the effectiveness of the border trade logistics center.Practice shows that the functional layout of Pingxiang Kafeng Border Trade Logistics Center in this paper satisfies the inspection requirements of relevant departments such as customs,improves customs clearance efficiency,significantly improves the image and service quality of the port,and achieves good social and economic benefits.It can be used for similar border trade centers in the future.Objective research on planning layout has certain reference significance.In a word,this paper takes Pingxiang Kafeng Border Trade Logistics Center as an example to analyze its design and planning.With the help of SLP method,this paper systematically lays out its functional zones,analyses the five basic elements,logistics relations and location relationships among its functional zones,obtains the location-related maps among the zones,and determines each of them.On the basis of the area-related map of the zoning,the best feasible plan of the functional zoning layout is finally determined.However,due to the influence of terrain,traffic conditions,supporting service facilities and the adjustment of the future customs clearance and inspection policy,the functional layout of the border trade logistics center will change in the future.Therefore,in the future design and planning,we should adapt to the changing times and meet the needs of the future development of border trade.
