In October 2014,the Medium and Long-term Plan for the Development of Logistics Industry(2014-2020)issued by the State Council clearly listed the construction of logistics parks as one of the key targets for the future.The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing and the China Logistics Society compiled The Fifth National Logistics Park(Base)Survey Report(2018).It shows that the lack of scientific planning is still the primary factor restricting the development of China's logistics parks.S Company Jinan Logistics Park is a new logistics park to be built.It is different from the previous operation mode of building a park and then renting.In order to further deepen the development of light asset operation and make up for the shortcomings of the light asset operation team,S Company will pilot in Jinan Logistics Park.Try to carry out relevant logistics and transportation business independently and explore the local logistics market.A scientific and rational layout will affect the future development of the park.Since Jinan Logistics Park is a new logistics park to be built and lacks historical operational data.The existing literature mostly optimizes the layout of the park based on the historical freight volume and related data of the original park.This paper studies the layout of the new functional area of the park on improved SLP and simulation.Firstly,this paper uses the grey prediction G(1,1)model to predict the freight volume of Jinan City,combined with the relevant literature,determines the freight organization ratio,and calculates the freight volume of the park.After estimating the functional area,the functional area correlation is carried out.Then,the SLP is combined with the mathematical model to establish a multi-target facility layout model with the largest comprehensive relationship,the lowest transportation cost and the lowest land transformation cost.In view of the large scale of the Jinan logistics park,and the number of functional areas is large.It is difficult to find the optimal solution in a limited and reasonable time,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the initial layout scheme by the relevant literature.Finally,according to the analysis of the logistics park operation process,the Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate the initial layout scheme.The results show that the utilization rate of the receiving area and the delivery area is low,both of which are about 50%.Through the analysis of the simulation model,the layout scheme was modified,and the modified scheme was simulated and analyzed.The results showed that the utilization rate of the receiving area and the delivery area in the modified layout scheme was greatly improved.This paper is a practical application paper.The research content has certain reference value for the construction of Jinan Logistics Park.At the same time,it also enriches the layout research of similar new parks.This article includes 20 figures,24 tables and 54 references.
