In recent years,under the wave of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the rapid rise of companies from all walks of life has become the main driving force of China's economic development.With the continuous development of the scale and quantity of domestic companies,the new generation of employees has gradually become a new force in the current workplace.However,due to the diversification of career choices of this generation,the standard of employee selection has changed significantly,which exposes a lot of problems in human resources management,especially the problem of employee turnover.In recent years,the development of domestic hotel industry,the rapid development of economic hotel operation mode,and the increasingly fierce competition between industries,leading to the development of domestic hotel industry is facing severe challenges,in which the talent problem is the key link.With the increasing number of new-generation employees in the hotel industry,due to the influence of the characteristics of new-generation employees,higher requirements are put forward for human resources management in the hotel industry.In this context,if A hotel wants to occupy a dominant position in the fierce market competition,it must attach great importance to the management of the new generation of employees.Taking the needs of the new generation of employees as a starting point,the paper deeply explores the deep-seated reasons behind the turnover of the new generation of employees,in order to find an effective way for the management of the new generation of employees.This research takes the current situation of the new generation employees' turnover as the breakthrough point,chooses Hotel A as the classic case analysis,and carries out detailed and in-depth research work as follows: Firstly,collects and combs the domestic and foreign literature on the new generation employees' research,in order to determine the relevant theory needed in this study,and further leads to the issue of the new generation employees' turnover in this study.Secondly,taking A hotel as a case study,this paper carries out the analysis of the current situation of the turnover of the new generation employees in A hotel,and further analyses the direct and indirect impact of the turnover of the new generation employees on the enterprise.Thirdly,in view of the current situation of the new generation employees' turnover in A hotel,the reasons of the new generation employees' turnover in A hotel are investigated by using the methods of interview record analysis and questionnaire survey.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,from the aspects of improving performance management,improving salary management,broadening career development space,building an attractive corporate culture,and improving employee security mechanism,we can further improve the turnover status of the new generation of A Hotel employees.
