Study On The Financing Demand Of College Students' Agricultural Entrepreneurship Enterprises In Wanchun Town,Wenjiang District,Chengdu City

In September 2014,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the call of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” in public.In June 2015,the government issued the“Opinions of the State Council on Promoting Certain Policies and Measures for Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation” to support college students.Innovation and entrepreneurship;in December 2018,the State Council implemented tax incentives to further increase support for dual innovation.Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college students have become one of the main groups encouraged by the state to start their own businesses,adding infinite vitality to the new era.In recent years,the state has actively implemented the strategy of “revitalizing the countryside” and introduced a series of policies to support the development of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,which has also encouraged more and more college students to participate in agricultural entrepreneurship and provide intellectual support and talents for the development of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Guarantee.This paper investigates the financing needs of college agricultural entrepreneurs in Wanchun Town,Wenjiang District,Chengdu,and studies the financial problems existing in the development process of college agricultural entrepreneurs,finds out the factors affecting the financing of enterprises,and draws on domestic and foreign financial experience,so as to propose corresponding Suggestions.Based on the modern enterprise financing theory and credit rationing theory,this paper takes the agricultural entrepreneurship enterprises of Wanchun Town,Wenjiang District,Chengdu as the research object,and expounds the agricultural resources of Wanchun Town from the aspects of source of venture capital,scale of funds and characteristics of capital demand.The current situation of financing needs of startup enterprises.This paper analyzes the capital demand characteristics of college agricultural entrepreneurs from the perspective of enterprises,financial system,national policies and other aspects.Based on the relevant literature and theoretical results,the binary logistic regression model is used to analyze the influencing factors of college students' agricultural entrepreneurial capital demand.The results show that college students Agricultural start-upenterprises have problems such as insufficient start-up capital and financing difficulties.By referring to domestic and foreign financial support for university agricultural enterprise entrepreneurial experience,the author proposes financial solutions for solving agricultural entrepreneurship enterprises from various aspects such as national policy,enterprise management,financing channels and credit system.To promote the rapid development of enterprises.
