Study On The Characteristic Agriculture Development And Influencing Factors In Village Areas Of Liaoning Province

The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,"industry prosperity,ecological livable,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperous life",among which industry prosperity occupies the primary position in the rural revitalization strategy.Industry,as the foundation of economic and social development in the village,is a necessary condition for sustainable development in the village.The development of characteristic agriculture in village area plays an important role in social and economic development.Agriculture,as the primary industry,is the foundation of the national economy.Under the current social background and economic system,there are still many problems in the development of rural characteristic agriculture in Liaoning province that need to be solved urgently.This paper mainly takes the village cadres of the pilot village of expanding village collective economy in Liaoning Province as the investigation object,obtains 237 valid questionnaires,and finds out whether 237 villages have characteristic agriculture,the types of characteristic agriculture and the development of characteristic agriculture.Using descriptive analysis method,this paper analyzes the characteristic agriculture of villages in Liaoning Province from six aspects: the basic characteristics of village cadres,topographic characteristics,infrastructure,market demand,the degree of cooperation of related industries and the investment of funds.Then,by using the method of contingency table analysis,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the development of characteristic agriculture in Liaoning Province from the above six aspects,carries on the corresponding chi-square test,and carries on the remarkable to the characteristic agriculture type.Sexual analysis.Through the P value,we can see whether there is a significant correlation between each factor and the characteristic agricultural type.Through the analysis of the research results,the following conclusions are drawn: after the significant test of the six influencing factors of the development of characteristic agriculture in Liaoning Province,Except that village cadres have no significant influence on policy understanding and characteristic agricultural types in the basic characteristics of village cadres interviewed,village cadres' academic qualifications,topographic characteristics,infrastructure,market demand,and degree of cooperation in related industries,There is a significant correlation between capital investment and characteristic agricultural types.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the development of characteristic agriculture in villages and combining with the present situation of the development of characteristic agriculture in Liaoning Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions from five aspects:introducing and cultivating talents with characteristics of agriculture and strengthening the foundation of rural agriculture.Carry out construction;set up market management concept;promote the integration and development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries;increase financial support for characteristic agriculture,and effectively promote the development of characteristic agriculture in villages.
