Analysis Of Implementation Effect Of Equity Incentive In Listed Agricultural Enterprises

Equity incentives were born in the 1950 s.They are a long-term incentive mechanism for companies to encourage and retain core talents and reduce agency costs.They are a vital part of corporate governance mechanisms and are of concern to industry and academia.Hot Issues.Although the equity incentive mechanism has been developed in China for some time,its utility for corporate governance has been controversial.Therefore,the research on the effect of equity incentive implementation has high research value and practical significance.As the basic industry of China's national economy,agriculture's development status directly affects the operation of the national economy.Under the dual background of the aggravation of agricultural wisdom and ecologicalization and the turmoil in the international trade situation,it is of great significance to upgrade the level of agricultural science and technology and expand the proportion of domestic agricultural products to protect the status of China's agricultural industry and enhance the independence of the agricultural economy.However,after statistics,there are relatively few equity incentives implemented in listed agricultural enterprises in China,and there is a lack of research on the implementation effect of equity incentives in agricultural enterprises.Therefore,through careful screening,this paper finally selects the equity incentive plan of Winall Hi-tech Seed Co.,Ltd.and ZHENGBANG TECHNOLOGY for further research,and hopes to develop equity incentives for other listed agricultural enterprises through the analysis of this equity incentive plan.The program provides certain guidance and reference.The literature survey method and case analysis method are the two main methods for this paper.Firstly,based on the research results of other scholars,this paper makes a brief summary analysis of the implementation of equity incentives for listed companies in China's agricultural industry from the perspective of industry overview by referring to relevant domestic and foreign literatures.Then,in order to further explain the implementation effect of equity incentives,this paper compares and analyzes the differences in the design of incentive schemes between Winall Hitech Seed Co.,Ltd and ZHENGBANG TECHNOLOGY from the life cycle and industry status of the company,and also changes from non-financial indicators and financial indicators.A comprehensive comparative analysis of the effects of the implementation of equity incentives in the two major companies.Finally,the article gives specific recommendations to listed agricultural enterprises from the perspective of external conditions and internal structure.The literature survey method and case analysis method are the two main methods studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the research results of other scholars,this paper uses descriptive statistical analysis methods to study the implementation of equity incentives in China's listed agricultural enterprises from the perspective of industry development.Afterwards,this paper focuses on the differences in the design and implementation effects of the equity incentive schemes of Winall Hi-tech Seed Co.,Ltd and ZHENGBANG TECHNOLOGY,and gives specific recommendations for listed agricultural enterprises from the perspective of external conditions and internal structure.
