Analysis On Quality And Export Competitiveness Of Chinese Wooden Furniture

In the past decades,China has become the factory of the world,and our country has exported thousands of furniture all over the world,but it is widely known that only the vague impression of "made in China".Because in the past,Chinese manufacturing enterprises paid attention to quantity,ignored quality,traded speed for market and cheap for share.This was feasible at a specific historical stage.However,with the transformation of Chinese manufacturing industry,the requirements for quality will inevitably rise to a new level.Product quality is the key element of export competitiveness,comparing the level of domestic products in similar products in the world.If you want to stand out in the increasingly competitive international trade,you must create a competitive advantage with product quality as the core and brand technology as the means.This paper mainly analysis the factors influencing the quality of China's wood furniture products under the export environment and their mechanism of action.Combined with the competitive position of the export market and the development cycle of the industry,this paper puts forward a hypothesis on the motivation of the export decision of China's wood furniture enterprises.Then,the case analysis method is used to further analyze the quality problems existing in China's wooden furniture and the methods to improve them.Two domestic enterprises,europeanstyle furniture and huayuanxuan furniture,and an Italian enterprise(poliform)are selected to choose their competitive strategies in different environments,so as to analyze the causes of the differences between product quality and export competitiveness.This paper has some implications for the development model of Chinese wood furniture industry and the export decision of wood furniture enterprises,and also has reference significance for other types of manufacturing industry to build a sustainable and healthy development model.
