In today's society,the economy continues to develop,and more and more companies realize that talent is the company's greatest asset.The company recruits new employees,however,new employees lack work experience and cannot quickly compete for their own positions.Therefore,the role of training is particularly important.As an important part of economic development,commercial banks must strengthen their training for employees,improve their professional quality through effective and effective training,and better accomplish their work.Based on this consideration,this article considers the training system of W branch employees,and uses the theoretical knowledge of the learning path to design the employee training system.Through the use of the learning path map,the aim is to design a suitable training system to enhance employee competence and improve training efficiency.Firstly,the thesis studies and summarizes the research literature of the learning path map at home and abroad,masters certain professional knowledge,and lays a good theoretical foundation.Then,combined with the actual situation of the W branch,it pointed out the problems existing in the existing training of the Agricultural Bank W Branch and prepared for the establishment of a suitable training system.Finally,through the questionnaire survey method to obtain the training needs of bank employees,and combined with the interview method,using the theoretical knowledge of the learning path,select the counter position as the research object,design the training system.The innovation of this article lies in the grassroots posts of the Agricultural Bank.Through the knowledge of the learning path,the task analysis of the teller posts,the analysis of the learning tasks,the design of the learning plan,and finally the learning path tailored for the teller posts.The design of the training system based on the learning path for other positions of banks has certain reference functions.
