In recent years,China's import and export industry is faced with fierce competition,service price reduction,capital cost increase of import and export service advance link,labor,logistics and storage cost increase and other market environment,which makes the gross profit rate of enterprises in the industry drop year by year and industry upgrading difficult.As a result,the human resources departments of relevant enterprises are faced with employment problems such as the loss of industry confidence and lack of enthusiasm for work,and then there are problems about "people" such as low enthusiasm for work and increasing turnover rate year by year.As the key work of employee management,human resource performance management is very important to stimulate employees' motivation,tap their potential and enhance their competitiveness.Founded in 2001,SMT Company is an import and export service provider in Shenzhen,with nearly 100 employees and annual sales of tens of millions.The current performance management practice problems faced by the start-up SMT Company,restrict the continuous growth of the company and hinder the company to adapt to the rapid changes in the internal and external environment.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the current performance management relevant system which lags behind the development strategy of the enterprise.It is expected that the research results of this paper can provide reference and reference value for solving the performance management problems faced by SMT Company in multi-level,multi-dimensional and multi perspective,as well as for other companies in the same industry to improve employment difficulties.In this paper,combined with the relevant theories of human resource management,the common tools and methods of performance management,the current functional staff performance management problems of SMT Company are taken as the research object,and the research is based on the data obtained from literature research and survey.This paper mainly includes six parts: the first part is the introduction;the second part is the relevant theoretical basis;the third part is the analysis of the current performance management results of SMT Company,focusing on the combing of the existing problems and the analysis of the causes;the fourth part,based on the above problems and the results of the cause analysis,puts forward targeted and feasible suggestions for improvement and based on the enterprise Study on the optimization scheme of performance management for the development of business strategy,including: put up the performance management system,reconstruct the performance appraisal index system,optimize the performance appraisal operation system,build a new performance feedback and communication system,improve the guidance and appeal system etc.Fifthly,put forward the implementation difficulties and guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of performance management based on the development of business strategy,and the implementation.Finally,the conclusion and prospect.
