China Aerospace Science and Industry has made remarkable achieve ments through more than 50 years' deve lopment.As the leading power of China's natio nal defe nse technolo gy industry,and in t he new historica l period and the miss ion of The Times,China Aerospace Science & Industry Corporatio n Limited(CASIC)proposed the developme nt goal of "preliminary complet ion of internat iona l first-class aerospace defense company" by the group company.Faced with the profound changes of the Chinese aerospace ma nufactur ing enterprises in t he externa l and interna l environment,FH Company of CASIC is confronted wit h the new sit uat ion,that mult i-project deve loped in paralle l,mult i-model batch production,the deve lopment cyc le shortened.There are several proble ms in t he fie lds of research and develop ment.The tradit iona l mana geme nt mode cannot suit the needs of mult i-project manage ment and development.According to the new situat ion of FH Company,I make full use of mult i-project ma nage ment knowledge system in this thesis.On the basis of fully analyzing the process and product features of e nterprise organizat ion and space model project and comb ined with t he proble ms exist ing in mult i-project mana geme nt,this thesis explores and studies the organizat iona l manage ment system of FH Company and the mult i-project manage ment model of space model,and put forward a mult i-project manage ment mode suitable for the deve lopment needs of FH Company and its key points.By conducting such as carry out a strategic project portfo lio allocation,matr ix organizat iona l structure for mult i-project manage ment is estab lished,improve the performance appraisal based on WBS,set up the whole process control and coordinat ion mecha nis m of mult i-project mana geme nt,to realize the promot ion of FH Company project mana geme nt abilit y,so as to realize t he sustainable develop ment of enterprise core competit iveness of the strong support,but also the space system of manufacturing enterprise multi-project management provide reference.. |
