Tourism is a leisure experience that people love in recent years.It can help soothe anxious emotions.It is a way that modern people are very sought after to relax the body and mind.The newly developed industry of tourism has greatly promoted the economic development level of Liaoning Province.It is the focus of industry and support for governments at all levels in Liaoning Province this year.Nowadays,the evolution in tourism in Liaoning Province is very successful.However,due to various factors,the tourism competitiveness of Liaoning Province is still low.At present,China is in the new stage of development of the new economic normal.The prosperity of tourism is an indispensable part of China's national strategic layout.Tourism can not only stimulate the steady growth of the economy,but also adjust the industrial structure of uneven development between cities and alleviate people's livelihood.In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,the state attaches importance to the development of tourism.Liaoning Province has taken advantage of this opportunity to focus on developing tourism service industry to promote the development of the tourism industry,and attracting more domestic and foreign touristsIn recent years,although the tourism competitiveness of Liaoning Province has been continuously improved,there is still a large gap compared with developed provinces.Based on the diamond model,based on the analysis of the factors affecting tourism in Liaoning Province,the evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness in Liaoning Province is established.The analysis shows that the market demand factor,the fixed investment of the tertiary industry increases,and the traffic conditions improvement has an effect on tourism in Liaoning Province.Finally,from the perspective of these key factors,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Liaoning tourism in the national tourism market,and exploring the development of tourism in Liaoning Province,we can find that strengthening the cultivation of tourism talents and actively exploring the brand tourism service market.The development of related industries,the optimization of the tourism industry pattern,and the continuous improvement of tourism competitiveness will make a huge success on the tourism industry.On the basis of systematically combing the relevant theories and measurement methods of tourism competitiveness,this paper takes the tourism competitiveness of Liaoning Province as the research object,and carries out the competitiveness of tourism in Liaoning Province from the two indicators of market share and display comparative advantage index.Research shows that although the competitiveness of tourism in Liaoning Province has been increasing in recent years,there is still a large gap compared with developed provinces.The reason behind this is based on the diamond model as a theoretical basis.Through the analysis of the factors affecting tourism in Liaoning Province,the evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness in Liaoning Province is established.The conclusions show that: market demand factors,the increase of fixed investment in the tertiary industry,and the improvement of traffic conditions has an effect on tourism in Liaoning Province.From the perspective of these key factors,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Liaoning tourism in the national tourism market and explores the development of tourism in Liaoning Province.Based on this,from the aspects of strengthening the development and construction of tourism resources,enhancing the attraction of the service market,vigorously promoting the development of related industries,optimizing the strategic structure of tourism enterprises,and seizing opportunities to start linkage development,the policy recommendations for enhancing the competitiveness of tourism in Liaoning Province are proposed.
