Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Poverty Alleviation In Rural Industries

Industrial poverty alleviation has become an important and effective way of poverty alleviation in China.Its specific goal is to vigorously support local characteristic industries,enhance the development capacity of the poor people,and promote the poverty-stricken people to get rid of poverty and become rich.With the gradual realization of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” poverty alleviation and development goals,he sustainability of poverty alleviation results has become the focus of poverty alleviation research in rural industries.Industrial poverty alleviation requires that China’s grassroots governments must establish an endogenous development mechanism to promote the coordinated development of poor areas and poor families.However,how to find a road to poverty alleviation industry that promotes poverty alleviation in the region based on its own actual situation remains a problem.In order to improve the poverty situation in Y Township of Guizhou Province and make it quickly out of poverty,this paper focuses on the in-depth study of poverty-stricken villages in Y Township,Guizhou Province,to understand the local poverty situation and economic and social development level,and to analyze the causes of local poverty.Guided by the theory of sustainable development,this paper analyzes the poverty alleviation data of Y Township from 2014 to 2018 by using existing literature collection and interviews,and uses the theory of sustainable development to carry out social and economic benefits for the Y township industrial poverty alleviation project.The evaluation of two sustainable development factors found that there are six problems in the current sustainable problems of Y township poverty alleviation: policy implementation is not in place;leading enterprises have limited ability to drive;leading industries have low development;poor households have unclear status;The chain is too narrow and too short;the peasant spirit is difficult to get rid of poverty.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of Y township industry,the following six suggestions are proposed: strengthening policy propaganda,improving organizational mechanism;supporting leading enterprises,implementing brand strategy;selecting leading industries according to local conditions;respecting the wishes of villagers and playing the main role;extending the industrial chain Strategy;"Fuzhi","Fuzhi" strategy.
