A Study On Industrial Adjustment Of Poverty Areas Under Sustainable Development Strategy

The poverty problem confronts the whole world,the poverty eradication is the common task for every country of the world.During lately 30 years,China has made profound achievements in solving poverty.Poverty population in China's rural areas has decreased from 0.25 billion of 1978 to over 200 million for now.Headcount rate of poverty has dropped from 31%to 2.5%.Both Edbiz and HEALTH AND MEDICAL COMMUNITY have seen their developments at different rate,the living and production conditions of poverty farmers have been evidently improved.In the new century,the poverty conditions which China faces is still severe,The total of the population of absolute poverty and the population of low income is 57,000,000,besides of the huge number,there has been a lot of changes in poverty distribution.More and more poverty population shows a new trend of gathering in China's western and mountain areas,where natural conditions are formidable.From the above mentioned,it is evidently illustrated that the tasks of China's reducing poverty is more difficult in new era.Many reasons lead to poverty,including international,national,social,economic,natural and ecologic factors,of which resources unreasonable development and environmental deteriorations are important parts.As far as poverty areas are concerned,poverty eradication and sustainable development make a whole.They are the two opposite sides of one thing,:sustainable development can't be accomplished without poverty eradication, poverty can't be fundamentally solved without better infrastructure,better people's quality, better environment and resources sustainable development.Chinese government made clear of a new era poverty reduction and development strategy,with an aim of people-oriented,all-around,harmonious,sustainable scientific development theory and socialist harmonious society construction,the tasks of the strategy is to coordinate regional development,balance urban and rural development and "industry to help boost agriculture and urban areas to help the countryside".It can be seen that sustainable development strategy has become the common selection either for theory or for every county's practice. Under the circumstances,the thesis selected six regions of Dabie Mountain poverty areas in Anhui province as the object study.The article studied the problems about industrial structure adjustment of poverty areas under sustainable development strategy.At first,the article probe the relation between poverty and sustainable development strategy,and between sustainable development strategy and industrial structure adjustment,secondly analyses the necessity and main contents of Dabie Mountain poverty areas in Anhui province,and then analyses present condition and problems of industrial structure,at last, the article put forward minds and suggestions of industrial structure adjustment.There are six chapters.The first chapter centered around background,meaning,method and illustrate in details respectively.The second part reviewed theories related poverty, sustainable development and industrial structure adjustment,and summarized lately studies on poverty and sustainable development,sustainable development and industrial structure adjustment at home and abroad.The third part is theory support.The part analyses the relation between poverty and sustainable development strategy and the relation between sustainable development strategy and industrial structure adjustment.The goal of this part not only theoretically illustrate how poverty,sustainable development strategy and industrial structure adjustment links together,but also give direct theory support for the latter study.The fourth part is demonstration analysis—taking Dabie Mountain poverty areas in Anhui province for example.This part selected six poverty counties as object study.Firstly,R analyses the current situation of economic and social development in the area,and then put forward the goal and main tasks of sustainable development strategy. The fifth part is minds and suggestions of Dabie Mountain areas industrial structure adjustment in Anhui province.This part point out the minds of industrial structure adjustment:①Strengthen the fundamental status of Agriculture;②Strongly develop agricultural industry;③Strongly develop ecological tourism,advance tertiary occupation., and point out supportive ability construction of Dabie Mountain areas industrial structure adjustment in Anhui province,including mechanism and measures of scientific innovation supportive ability coustmction,financial capital supportive ability construction,human capital supportive ability construction and infrastructure supportive ability construction. The sixth chapter is conclusions of the study.
