Decision Research On The Closed-Loop Supply Chain With Service Level And Fairness Concern

Facing the worsening natural environment and frequent natural disasters,it is an urgent problem in the 21 st century to build a green and sustainable economic and environmental development mode of dual balance.In order to maximize the utilization of resources,the United States,Germany,Japan and other countries have established the extended producer responsibility system with manufacturing enterprises as the core,and China has issued a series of reward and punishment systems related to the recycling and remanufacturing of waste products.The implementation of these government policies,to a large extent,has enhanced the social responsibility of manufacturing enterprises,but also strengthened the consumer awareness of environmental protection.In order to respond to government policies and enhance profitability,many enterprises have also adopted the business strategy of recycling and remanufacturing.World-renowned automobile manufacturers such as Volkswagen and Renault generally have their own engine remanufacturing plants,or maintain cooperative relations with other engine remanufacturing companies.The "trade-in" business model of automobile engine is quite common.The business model of closed-loop supply chain is of great significance to solve the problem of resource scarcity and low resource utilization.However,at present,due to the general lack of consumers' understanding of remanufactured products,second-hand products flood the market,which increases the difficulty in sales of remanufactured products.In the whole closed-loop supply chain,the profit balance problem between manufacturing enterprises and sales enterprises also intensifies the competition between new products and remanufactured products and affects the original equilibrium state of the supply chain.Given consideration to the above phenomena,this article considered from retailers for new products and reengineering product after-sales service delay,low in parts such as the difference service,increasing consumers' purchase intention for reengineering product,at the same time in the manufacturers for the leaders of closed-loop supply chain system,taking into account the retailers for profit allocation fairness concerns,constructed with products and services and fair psychological decision-making model of closed-loop supply chain related concerns.In order to promote the remanufactured product sales and enhance the stability of the whole closed-loop supply chain,the most parameter problem of the differential service of the remanufactured product of the new product is studied,and the influence of the retailer's equity concern on the decision-making problem of the whole closed-loop supply chain is discussed.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Regardless of the service promotion strategy adopted by the retailer,the wholesale price,sales price and the level of providing additional services of the new product and the remanufactured product will increase with the increase of the substitution coefficient of the two types of products.The higher the substitution coefficient of the new product and the remanufactured product is,the greater the profit of the retailer and the manufacturer will be.The retailer's strategy of providing additional services only for remanufactured products is the optimal strategy for the whole closed-loop supply chain.The behavior of encouraging consumers to consume the remanufactured product through the service improvement of the remanufactured product alone will greatly increase the manufacturer's profit,while the retailer's profit shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.(2)The retailers' fair concern for the profit distribution of each subject in the closed-loop supply chain has no effect on the sales price and sales volume of the new product and the remanufactured product,but it will reduce the wholesale price of the new product and the remanufactured product.Moreover,the greater the fair concern coefficient is,the smaller the wholesale price of the new product will be.The retailer's profit increases with the retailer's equity concern,while the manufacturer's profit decreases with the retailer's equity concern.
