The Analysis Of Logistic Service System Of Cut Flowers Based On Information Technology In Yunnan Province

Yunnan Province is the main place of production and circulation of cut flowers in China.As one of the pillar industries of Yunnan Province,the floral industry is faced with many problems in spite of the gratifying achievement it has gained.Among them,the problem of the logistics of cut flowers is hard to solve and it has developed into one “bottleneck” of the development of the industry.With the rapid development of the industry of cut flowers,the expansion of its sales market and the increasing domestic and international market demand,the establishment of a complete and efficient logistic system of cut flowers is becoming more and more urgent.Through the analysis of the domestic logistic system of cut flowers and that of the representative countries where the industry is well-developed such as America,Japan and Holland,this essay finds that the domestic logistic system of cut flowers have problems like the incomplete function of the floral market,the lack of specialization and scale of the flower logistic companies,the deficiencies of flower logistic infrastructure and the insufficiency of informatization of flower logistics.By contrast,the foreign flower logistic system is characterized by developed logistic infrastructure,high level of specialization,systemization and informatization and the emphasis on the development and application of new technology and devices.Furthermore,through the analysis of the status quo of the logistic system of cut flowers in Yunnan Province,it is found that the system has the following problems: redundant logistic links,poor organizational coordination and low efficiency of circulation;low degree of informatization and the insufficiency of the circulation of logistic information;the incomplete logistic service system and the deficiencies of the cold chain logistic facilities;the backward standardization of the logistics of cut flowers.In order to solve the above problems,this essay refers to the experience of foreign cut flower logistic service systems,considers the specific reality of the logistic service system of cut flowers in Yunnan Province,analyzes the necessity and practicality of the establishment of a logistic service system of cut flowers based on information technology in Yunnan Province and finally puts forward a solution for the establishment of this system in Yunnan Province.The establishment of the system first requires the construction of a logistic service cloud platform for cut flowers in Yunnan province which combines several functions such as the management of the supply and demand information,the administration of storage,transportation and sales,the payment and settlement and the big data analysis.And it requires to achieve the “internet of everything” in the circulation of cut flowers through the technology of internet of things,and to establish the administrative systems of links such as supply and demand,storage,transportation,sales,settlement and payment and big data through relevant information technologies and to integrate these systems into one cloud platform.Afterwards,it is supposed to introduce relevant participants(logistics demand side,logistics supplier,the supervisory management party,the technology support party,etc.)to enter the platform,deploy their businesses and exchange the information among them,so as to optimize and restructure the traditional logistic service system of cut flowers.Furthermore,this essay constructs the operation mode of “Intelligent Logistics”,it can transform the logistics model from the traditional scattered flower farmers,flower enterprises,flower farmers + flower farmers cooperative organizations into automation,information and network,and analyzes the third party logistics-based mode,the selfbuilt logistics-based mode and the auction center-based mode.The participating entities realize information communication,intelligent processing,data driving and resource sharing through the system.In the meantime,this essay illustrates the support conditions of the operation of the system and its new characteristics.Through the application of this system,different links of the logistics of cut flowers can be effectively connected so that the efficiency of the logistics can be improved;the cost of logistics can be reduced so that the economic benefits can be promoted;the service level can be enhanced so that the market competitiveness can be increased;and the standardization system and policy system of the cut flower logistics can be perfected.
