With the development of mobile internet and mobile ecommerce,mobile payment industry develop in rapid pace all of the world nowadays because it do meet most needs of payment and settlement business.In China,mobile payment business is also in the rapid growth period.On the one hand,the regulation of non-financial institution payment service reduce the access conditions of payment and settlement business and make some mobile operators,third-party payment companies,internet companies,and e-commerce companies involved in these business.Banking industry do not have its monopoly position anymore because of the internet competition.On the other hand,the national standard of mobile payments service,which has been established in 2014,unify the technical standards of these business.This standard could bring lots of opportunities to mobile payment business.As a state-controlled commercial bank.S Bank carries out the transition practice operator and always enhances its product innovation and business transformation.As a local commercial bank in transition,S bank mainly faces the local rural market.With the continuous development of rural e-commerce,the demand for finance in rural areas is constantly increasing.After the reform and transformation,the development of mobile finance is the core of business transformation in the open market competition.The payment and settlement business is a significant intermediary business for S bank.So under this circumstance,how to deal with the challenge and how to grasp the opportunities has become the key factor for S bank to develop the its mobile payment service.As the bank business has innovative development,S bank in urgent need of a scientific and effective payment channel and relevant management,This article through S bank mobile payment in the management implementation process asan example,the problems in the development and marketing performance management,the analysis of S bank in terms of innovation to take the new opportunities,and puts forward specific solutions and measures.implementation of mobile payment with the direction,reference for safe technology practice.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the modern payment products launched by CCB,compares them with third-party payment institutions,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of CCB's modern payment business.The dissertation uses PEST analysis to draw strategy methods and implement strategy.in conclusion,for the overall strategy,S bank should take the advantage of increasing market to realize business innovation and transformation.On the competition strategy,S bank should use differentiation strategy in order to achieve differentiated product and service.This dissertation also provides some specific implement strategies for organizational resource,payment method,product innovation and marketing.Due to the limitation of the theoretical level and practical experience,this dissertation has lots of disadvantages on research depth implement strategies.Many things still need to be improved in future studies.
